  1. Fill out and submit the Registration form below
  2. Schedule video conference with instructors (Only for new clients)
  3. Once all questions have been answered, we will issue a PayPal Invoice 
Payment Terms: Registration deposit of 30% to secure your spot, to be paid upon receiving PayPal Invoice. Balance payment also through PayPal due 21 days prior to retreat’s starting date. 
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made up to 45 days prior to check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 22 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 3 weeks of check-in time. (Bank transfer fees will be discounted from refunded amounts).Hotel cancellation policies apply as accommodations are booked directly with them.
