1. Fill out and submit the Registration form below
2. Schedule video conference with instructors (Only for new clients)
3. Once all questions have been answered, we will issue a PayPal Invoice 

Payment Terms: Registration deposit of 25% to secure place, to be paid upon receiving PayPal Invoice. Balance payment also through PayPal due 45 days prior to retreat’s starting date. 

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 15 to 8 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in time. (Bank transfer fees will be discounted from refunded amounts)

Base price per person for the entire week, changes may apply. Accommodation and meals not included, to be booked separately with hotel (see below).

Accommodation & Meals

Not included in price above. To be booked through us with Ama Kazariso hotel with a special discount for our participants. Hotel’s packages include multiple meal plans and accommodation options in different room types. We cover the Onsen (Hot Spring) daily use fee.

Meals plan & room: Start at € 130.00/person/day based on shared accommodation (Prices to be confirmed by April 2025. )

Items NOT included in price: Airfare to/from Tokyo, train to Minami-Otari from Tokyo, any additional activities at excursion destinations (Bicycle or horse rentals, third party guided tours, admission to Museums, food or drinks not part of our package). Hotel accommodations and meals.
